Our client, a multi disciplinary firm of construction consultants seeks a Chartered Building Surveyor who has some experience of the Project Management role to join their Kent office. They are in a pleasant rural location and have a good portfolio of work across a range of clients which includes local authorities, social housing organisations, government and others. The ideal candidate will have experience of condition surveys for large projects, contract administration and project management. Our client offers a car allowance, contributory pension, life assurance and a health plan.
