Our client, a leading offshore EPIC contractor in Surrey, is looking to strengthen its existing Contracts & Procurement team by hiring a Contracts Coordinator who will report to the Regional C&P Manager. Duties will include: preparing routine reports & correspondence for pre and post contract project work ;SAP data input ;purchase order generation and report production ; maintaining vendor/supplier lists ; numerical, statistical and financial analysis ; implement document control procedures ; control network drives and databases; provide general secretarial and administrative support and participate in the Performance Appraisal process. Will require good grade GCSE to A level with a degree, an advantage, coupled with proficiency in standard MS software with SAP experience a benefit. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience from a similar oil & gas subsea environment.
