This large International Design Consultancy now seeks a Mandarin speaking Building Services Design Engineer with good sustainability experience who will have lots of design experience to work in their office in Hong Kong or possibly elsewhere in China. You will need to be able to lead a multi-disciplinary design team on projects which include residential, hospitality, commercial and large industrial projects. You will preferably have a Building Services Degree in a relevant discipline either Mechanical or Electrical along with several years previous experience gained with a previous design consultancy. You will need to have a strong technical background and you will be proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious along with previous experience gained on all types of large buildings. You will also need to have gained previous experience in both sustainability and environmental issues and you will need to be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
