Our client one of the largest, multi-disciplined engineering, contracting and construction company in the Sultanate of Oman is now seeking a Technical Manager- with SUBSTANTIAL post graduate (Degree in Civil Engineering) experience, ten years of which to be spent managing the design of large (more than $100m sewerage network projects, preferably vacuum). You will be responsible for the management of the Technical Department inclusive of the following: Sewer network design. Vacuum sewer design. Management of the design office. Management of setting out section holding a Minimum of 10 Years relevant experience, 5 of which to be at a Senior Design Management level in the Construction sector. The successful applicant will have Excellent Design knowledge of sewerage network systems preferably vacuum together with Excellent Design co-ordination skills. A Previous experience in managing a Design function accompanied with Advanced Communication/presentation skills Excellent managerial skills are essential. Salary/package negotiable, dependant on experience.
