My Client is a multi-disciplined construction company working on a range of projects for residential and social housing. They are now seeking a Contracts Manager to work in their head office in East London – Essex area. You will need to have previous experience in new build, social housing projects. You will be responsible for safety, site team, programming, target setting, managing costs etc. You should have good written and verbal communication skills; be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and commitment.
