An exciting opportunity has arisen, with our client a major EPC contractor engaged in SURF installation works, for an experienced commercial lawyer. Reporting to the Regional Senior Counsel and working as part of the Africa Region team (although you will be based in Surrey), the emphasis is on the provision of commercially astute solutions to a wide range of of issues and a proactive engagement with the various business units. Candidates will hold as a minimum, a law degree from a recognised university coupled with extensive experience in commercial law, with international exposure, in house legal experience, ideally in the oil & gas industry.
