Our client is a UK firm of construction and claims consultants. They now seek a Russian and English speaking Senior Planning Engineer to work site based in Uzbekistan. The project is the construction of a new power station and the site is around two hours flight from the capital Tashkent. The role will include planning and scheduling and being able to monitor construction progress. The role will be for 3 years and all accommodation and food will be provided as there is camp accommodation therefore single status is essential. The rotation is 11 weeks on then two weeks off. The suitable candidate must have good experience of working on previous power plant construction projects and have good experience in the use of Primavera 3.1. Ideally you will also have a Degree or HNC or equivalent in a construction or related subject. Fluent English and Russian is essential. Salary as quoted is negotiable.
