Our client, a UK firm with offices in Europe now requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator to join them in Frankfurt, Germany. German is NOT required but good English is essential and this role is only open to those with British / European passports / visas to work. This role is for at least one year but could run to 3 years. You will be either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or possibly Senior Engineer by background and have substantial experience of Contract Administration and ideally have some experience of claims. You must have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar and you also must have worked on at least two power station construction projects doing contract administration. You will have excellent communication and client facing skills, be able to deal directly with the project manager, have good experience of reports, letters, etc.
