My client is a firm of chartered quantity surveyors with offices in Canada. Their office in Toronto now seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who is either MRICS or CIQS qualified with specific experience of the Fund Monitoring role. You will work on behalf of lenders (Banks and other institutions) to monitor the funds lent to developers to minimise the financial risk. You should have experience in this role and have done due diligence, monthly monitoring, checking of cash flow, loan renewals, payment of invoices etc. You will need to have trained as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience gained in a private practice quantity surveyors and have worked on a variety of sectors e.g. retail, residential and other project types.
