I am now seeking a CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR who has worked for a firm of Private Practice consultants to join my client in their East Sussex office to work on a good range of projects with varied duties.
My client is a firm of quantity surveying, building surveying and project management construction consultants in the construction industry to a wide range of UK clients with two offices.
They are working on projects for Housing Providers, Local Authorities and Care Home Clients.
My client does a wide range of building surveying duties which includes party wall, building surveys, condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, employers agent and more.
They are expanding and need good staff to move forward with their company.
You will be a Degree qualified Building Surveyor with around two years or more post qualification (MRICS) building surveying experience.
You must have building surveying experience gained with another firm of consultants.
Your BSc or Diploma will need to be in Building Surveying or similar.
You will need to have some experience of both professional and project work.
You will be involved in all aspects of building surveying so previous experience of dilapidations, party wall, building surveys, condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, employers agent and more is required.
You should be an ambitious building surveyor, probably having become chartered in the last two or more years and be keen to join a friendly, busy firm who is expanding and diversifying their client base.
You should have good communication and client facing skills to run your own projects.
Salary in the region of £45000 per annum negotiable plus car allowance, mileage, pension,RICS fees, CPD support etc. 25 days holiday rising to 30.
