My client, a long established firm of construction consultants are working in partnership with a local authority.

They now seeking two Project Managers to work on a large regeneration project of a Housing Estate in Hendon, North London.

You will be responsible for the planning and management of the project at each stage, coordinating the supply chain and procuring external surveys and advice as required.

You will report to the Programme Director and youw will manage the Communicty Coordinator, Masterplan Architect, the Cost Consultant and Planning Consultant.

The project will include the redevelopment of the site to provide a mixture of mixed tenure housing, plus recreation space and a communicty centre.


My client is long established and has a large number of UK offices.

They provide a variety of services to their clients which includes Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Engineering and other construction related roles.


You will need to have a built environment degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or similar construction subject.

You should have previous experience of mixed tenure housing construction.

Ideally have worked for or closely with a Local Authority or on Public Sector housing.

You must have a good understanding of the RIBA stages of projects.

You should have gained experience of managing budgets.

Also experience required of working client side and with stakeholder engagement.

Salary is between £35000 to £45000 per annum plus pension and other benefits.
