THE ROLE

I am seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in the Building Construction industry who has good English and German to join a firm of construction consultants to work in BERLIN, GERMANY

You are likely to have a Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar Degree or Diploma and be keen to become chartered.

You will do both pre contract and post contract work so a background in private practice quantity surveying is required.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including offices, hotels, residential and retail for fit out, refurbishment and new build.

THE COMPANY

My client is a small firm of construction consultants allied to a much larger firm who work worldwide.

They have an office in Berlin and work on projects in other parts of Germany too.

They have a good range of international clients doing very high value projects.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, with good English and German.

My client is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who would like to become chartered.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or equivalent subject.

Ideally you may have gained some quantity surveying experience either during a year out or during your degree.

You will work closely with an Associate and support will be given to become chartered.

German language skills are sought although if you have GCSE, A Level in German or similar you could attend classes to gain fluency.

Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates to work closely with clients and the professional teams.

Salary is negotiable according to level of experience.
