This is an excellent opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER who is keen to join a medium sized firm of construction consultants based in the Kent / South East London borders area with visits to site, client, consultants offices as required.

Your background should be in construction consultants with initial training in quantity surveying, building surveying, construction project management or similar built environment background etc. and you will have at least two years or more project management experience.

Experience of doing refurbishment projects is preferred in particular previous experience of social housing is preferred.


This is a long established firm of construction consultants who have a broad base of clients in the private and public sectors with offices in London, Kent and Essex.

They are working on a good range of projects in the private and public sectors which includes construction projects for residential, and other clients.


My client is now seeking a Project Manager who can project manage the whole construction process from defining the sope of the project right through to project delivery on site.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in a Built Environment subject and will be either MRICS / MAPM / CIOB qualified or have gained good experience and be Degree qualified but not necessarily chartered and support will be given if required to become RICS / APM qualified.

Ideally you will be working for another firm of consultants, local authority, housing association or developer and will have front end project management experience plus project delivery experience.

You will need to have excellent organisation and client facing skills along with being highly computer literate.

You should be able to work on your own or as part of a team and be able to run several projects at a time.

You must be able to run your own projects, representing the client, offering advice to project manage the design and construction teams from initial concept through to final handover.

Salary for this role is in the region of £40000 to around £55000 negotiable per annum pension and other benefits.
