Salary / Rate: £35000 to £50000 per annum + pension and other benefits
My client, a long established firm of construction consultants are working in partnership with a local authority.
They now seeking two PROJECT MANAGERS in BARNET, NORTH LONDON to work on a range of local authority projects plus mixed tenure housing.
You will plan the project, agree the plan with the project board and prepare detailed plans for each stage.
You will manage the project on a day to day basis.
You will identify and acquire resource.
You will identify and manage project risks etc.
My client is long established and has a large number of UK offices.
They provide a variety of services to their clients which includes Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Engineering and other construction related roles.
You will need to have a built environment degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or similar construction subject.
You should have previous experience of mixed tenure housing and ideally other local authority construction projects.
Ideally have worked for or closely with a Local Authority or on Public Sector housing.
You must have a good understanding of the RIBA stages of projects.
You should have gained experience of managing budgets and bringing projects in on time.
Experience of project methodology.
Also experience required of working client side and with stakeholder engagement.
Salary is between £35000 to £50000 per annum plus pension and other benefits.
