I am now seeking a Quantity Surveyor ideally MRICS qualified or almost qualified to join my client, a “client-side” firm for a role covering projects from the South of Birmingham downwards to include projects in Hampshire, Devon and more.

It is essential that you have worked for PQS firms or an end user client to have experience of both pre and post contract work.

My client will be interested in candidates who have from around four years experience as a Q.S. through to Senior level.

You will generally be site based and will run a number of projects concurrently so ideally you will be based somewhere from the Midlands down to the South East or South West.


Our client is a successful firm with a number of companies in their group which includes sports and fashion retailers, gymnasiums and more.

They are growing both across the U.K., in Europe and further afield offering good prospects for promotion within their property / construction department.


I am now seeking a Quantity Surveyor with around four years or more experience up to and including people at senior level who must have worked for a firm of private practice quantity surveyors, multi disciplinary consultants or another end user client.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar subject and probably be chartered with the RICS or have a number of years experience with PQS firms or be almost chartered with good PQS experience.

You will need to be able to run your own projects looking after a number of projects concurrently.

You will be involved in both Pre and Post Contract duties on a number of projects including cost planning, tendering, site valuations, cost reporting, cost management and agreement of final accounts.

You will need to be based from anywhere within the region from south of Birmingham down to the South Coast. You will generally be working from site so you should be happy to have to frequently stay away from home.

A full U.K. driving licence is absolutely essential.

Salary is very negotiable according to experience in the range of £40000 to £60000 for someone at senior level plus will also be a car or car allowance if preferred, pension contribution, health insurance, staff discounts, discretionary bonus.
