I am now seeking a SENIOR CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MRICS qualified to join my client in their LONDON office in the City area .
A background working for another UK firm of PQS is essential.
Experience of all pre and post contract work essential.
Good client facing skills as you will work directly with the clients on corporate / occupier fit outs plus a range of new build and fit outs for prestigious office complexes.
My client is a successful large firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and overseas too.
My client works on projects of high value across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, infrastructure and mainly working closely for Blue Chip clients.
You will be an MRICS qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor who has been working for a private practice firm of quantity surveying consultants or another multi disciplinary firm of consultants.
You will have a stable work record and have worked for a known UK firm.
You must have gained experience of all aspects of pre and post contract work and have good experience of a range of project types.
You will work on projects across the London area.
You must have sound knowledge of building contracts and good client facing skills.
You are likely to have around five years or more PQS experience and be MRICS qualified or be more experienced and be able to run your own projects and supervise graduates when required.
The ideal candidate will have several years experience of working on commercial work space projects.
My client pays excellent salaries in the region of £60000 to £75000 per annum plus car allowance, pension contribution, discretionary bonus, life assurance, health insurance, professional fees.
