Salary / Rate: £60000 to £75000 per annum + pension, RICS fees etc.
I am now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally MRICS or similarly qualified to work on a wide range of projects including leisure, high end private residential, education and more to work from offices in SURREY / South West London area.
You should be ambitious with good client facing skills and be keen to progress your career quickly to Associate level.
You will be responsible for your own projects and will need to have done both pre and post contract work.
Our client is a growing firm of consultants offering clients quantity surveying and Project Management services.
They are working on a good range of projects mainly in the private sector for a range of clients.
They currently have one office based in Surrey / South West London borders.
I am now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with around five years or more experience ideally having worked for a firm of private practice quantity surveyors, multi disciplinary consultants or similar.
My client seeks ambitious candidates as they are hoping that you will move up to an Associate level role quickly.
You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar subject and probably be chartered with the RICS or have a number of years experience with PQS firms.
You will need to be able to run your own projects.
You will be involved in both Pre and Post Contract duties on a number of projects including cost planning, tendering, site valuations, cost reporting, cost management and agreement of final accounts.
You will be involved in the full project process from initial client engagement through to project delivery.
You will report to a Partner.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will deal directly with clients.
Salary will be in the region of £60000 to £75000 according to experience plus pension contribution and RICS fees.
