We are seeking a SENIOR TOWN PLANNER with 3 years or more experience to join our client in their central London office.
You will be Degree qualified and MRTPI / MRICS qualified.
Our client is a multi disciplinary firm of consultants offering a range of services along with a thriving town planning service working closely with clients in the private and public sectors.
You will be a Senior Town Planner with a relevant Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Development or similar relevant degree at 2:1 level or first and that you are now MRTPI or RICS (Planning & Development) qualified and you must have 3 years or more experience in Town Planning.
You will assist with all aspects of town planning consultancy for many major clients on a nationwide basis.
Our client works on a good range of services including:- Audits, Community Infrastructure Levy, Conservations area and listed building issues, development plan monitoring and representations, director professional access instruction of barristers, enforcement, environmental statements, expert evidence / expert witness, master planning and site layout, planning agreements and planning obligations, planning applications and planning appeals, regeneration, residential and employment land availability / study, retail and leisure capacity and impact assessments, sequential location reports, site search and feasibility studies.
You will join a team currently of around 20 people.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
You will need excellent communication skills and good written and spoken English and be able to work on a number of projects at a time.
Good prospects for ambitious graduates with minimum 12 months experience in town planning
You will need to have a UK driving licence.
Salary in the range of £33000 to £45000 negotiable plus pension, car, bonus and other benefits.
