THE ROLE
I am seeking an Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join my client, a large firm of PQS in their London office.
This could be at Associate or Senior Associate level.
You will need to have previous experience of working on large building projects e.g. offices, residential and similar for new build, refurbishment and some end user fit out.
You will work as part of a team doing all aspects of MEP Quantity Surveying and cost management including all pre and post contract work.
My client offers a good career path to move up to Partner level for the right person.
THE COMPANY
My client is a large and respected firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and further afield.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a MEP Quantity Surveyor at Associate level with another firm of PQS or at senior level and ready to move up to Associate.
You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management having worked as an MEP QS on large commercial and residential construction projects.
You may be MRICS qualified or working towards RICS.
Your background will ideally have some experience of working for another firm of PQS so that you have experience of both pre contract and post contract quantity surveying duties.
Good communication skills essential.
Salary is in the region of £85000 to £110000 plus pension, health insurance, RICS fees, discretionary bonus, interest free season ticket loan and other benefits.
