THE ROLE

I am seeking MEP Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a large firm of PQS in their London office.

You will need to have previous experience of working on large building projects e.g. for hotels, offices, mixed use, higher education, healthcare, life sciences and residential projects.

THE COMPANY

My client is a large and respected firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and further afield.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a MEP Quantity Surveyor from intermediate to senior level.

You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management.

You may be MRICS qualified or working towards RICS.

Your background will ideally have some experience of working for another firm of PQS so that you have experience of both pre contract and post contract quantity surveying duties.

Good communication skills essential.

This will be a negotiable day rate according to experience from c. £275 per day to £425 per day.
