THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Quantity Surveyor who is MRICS qualified to join my client, an established and successful firm of PQS employing over 100 people in the Southwark area of London.
You should be able to run your own large projects plus supervise others as required.
Projects are of mainly in the Sports and Stadia sector and my client is currently working on projects for high profile clients including football clubs, ice rinks, arenas and more.
You will need to have been working for a firm of PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants.
THE COMPANY
Our client is a firm of PQS with over 100 people.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Quantity Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified with several years PQE.
You should be working either for another firm of quantity surveying consultants or with a multi-disciplinary firm of consultants.
You will need to have experience of all pre and post contract quantity surveying / cost management duties and be able to work as a Senior Project Surveyor.
Ideally you will have gained some experience of working on high value Sports and Stadia projects.
You should have good client facing skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.
Salary is from £60000 up to £75000 or more per annum depending on experience plus pension contribution, RICS fees, life assurance, PHI, performance related bonus, and more.
