THE ROLE

I am seeking M&E Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a firm of MEP Quantity Surveying specialists in the Liverpool.

Projects are across the North West.

Ideally they are seeking people from a PQS background at Project Surveyor and Senior Project Surveyor levels.

You will become involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying services from pre contract to post contract with good all round knowledge of Building Engineering Services.

Projects will include full mechanical and electrical building engineering services cost management for a wide variety of clients and buildings for offices, residential, mixed use, hospitality, sports stadia, schools, colleges and universities, hospitals and more.

THE COMPANY

My client is an established firm of multi disciplinary engineering and construction consultants with offices worldwide.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an M&E Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor or Senior Projects Surveyor level.

You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management.

You may be MRICS qualified or keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified or already chartered or alternatively “chartered by experience”.

Your background in MEP quantity surveying should have been gained working for a firm of consultants so you will have good experience of all pre and post contract work including the full cost management of high value building projects across various sectors.

Good communication skills essential.

Salary is in the region of £40000 to £75000 plus pension, RICS fees, life assurance, private health insurance and various other benefits.
