My client is now seeking a Senior Project Controller / Scheduler to join them in Washington DC, USA.
You will work on a range of construction projects – mainly for public sector clients.
Project will include both buildings and infrastructure and could be new build, fit out, refurbishment etc.
My client is a firm of construction consultants offering clients services of project management and cost management.
They have offices in New York and also in Washington DC.
You will need to be an now have a requirement for an experienced PROJECT CONTROLLER / SCHEDULER.
You will need good experience of planning, cost control, resourcing, project delivery / project management, be able to deal with the client, the professional team and the contractors and have a good understanding of all factors ideally both for projects for the construction or fit out of buildings and infrastructure.
Ideally you will have a degree in a construction related subject.
You may have worked for another firm of construction consultants or for a main contractor.
You must have good experience in the use of project management software e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar.
You will be seeking a long term role offering good prospects with this growing firm.
Salary is likely to be in the region of US$185000 to US$190000 plus benefits.
