THE ROLE
My client is now seeking a Senior Planning Engineer / Scheduler to join them in London.
You will work on DATA CENTRES for new build, extension and fit out for various clients.
Project will include both buildings and infrastructure and could be new build, fit out, refurbishment, extension etc.
THE COMPANY
My client is a large international firm of construction consultants offering clients services of project management and cost management.
They have offices across the U.K. and overseas.
THE CANDIDATE
You will need to be an experienced Planning Engineer / Scheduler.
Experience of working on projects for Data Centres is essential. My client will not accept anyone without experience of the construction and fit out of Data Centres.
You will need good experience of planning, cost control, resourcing, project delivery / project management, be able to work closely with the project manager and the professional team.
Ideally you will have a degree in a construction, built environment or similar engineering related subject.
You may have worked for another firm of construction consultants or for a main contractor or for a data centre operator.
You must have good experience in the use of project management software e.g. Primavera P6.
You will be seeking a long term role offering good prospects within this department.
Salary is likely to be in the region of £80000 to £130000 plus pension, professional fees, discretionary bonus and other benefits.
