Salary / Rate: £60000 to £75000 per annum, pension, bonus and professional fees.
THE ROLE
My client is seeking a Project Manager to them in my client’s offices in Sevenoaks, Kent.
You will work on projects for the construction of residential, healthcare and industrial buildings and clients are in the private and public sectors.
You will work on construction projects at all RIBA stages of the project from feasibility through to completed project on site.

THE COMPANY
My client is a well established firm of construction consultants providing project management, cost management and building surveying to private owners, occupiers, developers, investors, local authorities, healthcare providers etc.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Project Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Project Management or similar built environment subject and you will need to be chartered with the RICS or similar i.e. CIOB, RIBA, MICE etc.
You should have several years experience of running various high value construction projects and you will need to have been working for another firm of construction consultants or PQS firm as a Project Manager.
You should have excellent communication skills and client facing skills with the confidence to head up meetings, deal with people at all levels.
Experience of all stages of construction project management is essential from feasibility through to delivery i.e. RIBA stages 1 through to 7.
You should also be able to use MS Office along with MS Project.
Salary will be in the region of £60000 to £70000 per annum plus pension, professional fees, discretionary bonus etc. along with excellent prospects for promotion.
