THE ROLE
I am seeking urgently seeking two SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS for contract roles in the City of London.
The role is for a minimum of 6 months – most likely longer – on Data Centre projects.
You will work doing feasibility and business case studies mainly and be seconded to their clients’ office.
THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and MEP Quantity Surveying services across a range of sectors including both building and some infrastructure.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager who has been working mainly for firms of PQS.
You must have worked on several data centres as a Quantity Surveyor.
You must have good pre contract experience to include feasibility and business case studies.
You must have good client facing skills.
You must have excellent English to write formal reports and documents.
These two roles are urgent so preference will be given to candidates who are quickly available.
Rate is in the region of £400 to £600 per day.
