THE ROLE

I am seeking a Building Surveyor, Engineer or Project Manager who has some experience of doing Technical Due Diligence to join a firm of construction consultants in Berlin, Germany.

You will work on a range of large buildings including offices, mixed use, hotels and more.

You will do property inspections, doing report writing in both German and English, dealing directly with clients, developers and occupiers etc.

THE COMPANY

My client is a firm of construction consultants with offices in the UK and in the EU.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be Degree or MSc qualified in a construction related subject e.g. Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying etc.

Ideally you may be chartered e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, or similar.

My client seeks someone who has experience of doing technical due diligence including writing reports, property inspections etc.

You should have a good understanding of the construction industry.

You must have excellent communication skills, reasonable fluency in English and good German (written and spoken).

Salary is according to experience but in the region of Euro 60000 to 90000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits.
