THE ROLE
I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor level to join a PQS in the centre of London.
My client seeks someone who is either MRICS qualified or near to taking the APC to become chartered and able to work as a Project Surveyor.
You will work on a good range of projects mainly for residential projects including super prime, student accommodation, build to rent etc.
You should be able to run your own projects from feasibility to handover or work as part of a team on larger projects.

THE COMPANY
My client is a successful large firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and Project Management services across a range of sectors with projects in the UK and occasionally in the EU and further afield.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager in the building construction industry who is either MRICS qualified or almost ready to sit the APC to become chartered with the RICS.
You will need to be working for another firm of construction consultants (PQS) or multi disciplinary consultants in the construction industry.
You need to be working as a Project Surveyor or similar level.
You will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar subject.
You must have worked as a QS on projects from feasibility through project delivery and handover.
You will be conversant with all pre and post contract duties.
You must have excellent English to write formal reports and documents.
Salary is negotiable according to your level of experience but in the range of £45000 to £65000 plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus etc.
