THE ROLE
I am seeking Graduate and Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a specialist firm of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors with a good range of clients and projects.
They are seeking people at Graduate and Assistant MEP QS level.
You will become involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying services including pre contract to post contract work and commercial management.
My client is happy to take candidates fresh from university or with some post graduate experience.
This role will be based in London with some travel required.
THE COMPANY
My client is an established firm who has been providing MEP QS services for over 35 years.
They have clients and projects across a wide variety of construction sector including healthcare, commercial offices, schools and colleges, residential, retail and some infrastructure.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor at graduate or assistant level and either have some experience of MEP Engineering Services as a QS or be a QS or Engineering Services Graduate keen to work as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
You will need to have either a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or be working towards your degree on a day release basis. At Assistant level you should have already gained some experience as an MEP QS..
You will work with a Senior MEP QS who will mentor and train you as required.
Good communication skills essential.
Salary is in the region of £28000 to £35000 plus pension, health insurance, training, bonus, RICS fees, travel paid and more. In addition salaries and progress is reviewed on a regular basis.
