You will be working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager in the building construction industry and have started your diary and working towards taking the APC for full RICS membership or you could have more experience and be up to recently chartered level.

You will need to be working for another firm of construction consultants (PQS) or multi disciplinary consultants in the construction industry working as a Quantity Surveyor. Someone with good MEP QS experience working for a specialised MEP contractor will also be considered if you are interested in working for a firm of PQS.

You will have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or in Building Engineering Services (M&E) which is RICS accredited.

You must have assisted as a QS on MEP projects from feasibility through project delivery and handover.

You will be conversant with pre and post contract work.
