THE ROLE
I am seeking MEP Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a firm of MEP Quantity Surveying specialists in the City of London.
Projects are across London and the South East currently.
They are seeking people from a PQS background at Project Surveyor and Senior Project Surveyor levels.
You will become involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying services from pre contract to post contract with good all round knowledge of Building Engineering Services.
Projects will include Data Centres, healthcare, commercial and residential projects. Any previous experience of data centres would be useful although not essential.
THE COMPANY
My client is an established firm of specialist MEP quantity surveyors.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a MEP Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor or Senior Projects Surveyor level.
You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management.
You may be MRICS qualified or keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified or already chartered or alternatively “chartered by experience”.
Your background in MEP quantity surveying should have been gained working for a firm of consultants so you will have good experience of all pre and post contract work.
Good communication skills essential.
Salary is in the region of £40000 to £80000 plus pension, travel, discretionary bonus etc.
