THE ROLE

I am seeking MEP Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a firm of PQS in their London SE1 office.

They are seeking people at Assistant MEP QS level, Project Surveyor and Senior Surveyor level.

You will become involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying services from pre contract to post contract.

My client is happy to take candidates with some experience gained either with a firm of MEP Contractors or from a firm of PQS.

THE COMPANY

My client is an established firm of PQS.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a MEP Quantity Surveyor at assistant, intermediate or senior level.

You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management.

You may be MRICS qualified or keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified.

Your background in MEP quantity surveying could have been with an MEP Contractor or with a firm of PQS.

Good communication skills essential.

Salary is in the region of £30000 to £80000 plus pension, health insurance, RICS fees and other benefits.
