THE ROLE

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in Nice, South of France on a variety of high value hotels, residential and office construction projects.

You must have fluent French, good English and be familiar with the construction industry in this region.

You will be in charge of the project management for this region and will manage a small team. Excellent prospects to move up further as this area expands it’s client base.

THE COMPANY

My client is a well established firm of construction consultants providing project management and cost management and other services working on projects across a wide range of sectors.

My client offers excellent ongoing training, plenty of prospects for promotion and the chance of moving up quickly to a senior management role.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Project Manager with the following:-

Have a Degree in a construction subject i.e. Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying or similar.

Ideally be MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or MICE qualified or maybe working towards such.

You should have five years or more experience of working in project management or have worked for example as an Architect / Surveyor or similar and done project management within your duties.

You will need to have delivered a project from inception to completion.

You will need to have previous experience of working on hotels, residential, offices, shopping malls and other construction projects for new build, refurbishment, fit out etc.

The ability to manage and grow a small team of project managers along with get involved in some business development.

You must have strong communication skills with fluent French and also good written and spoken English.

It is essential that you are familiar with the construction and real estate industry in this location and have good local knowledge.

You should also be able to use MS Office along with MS Project.

Salary in the range of Euro 90000 to 110000 per annum.
