THE ROLE

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work specifically on the construction of a range of healthcare projects for hospital clients based from offices in London with clients in Surrey and elsewhere.

THE COMPANY

My client is a well established firm of construction consultants providing project management and cost management and other services working on projects across a wide range of sectors.

My client offers excellent ongoing training, plenty of prospects for promotion and possible future opportunities to work overseas if desired.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Project Manager with the following:-

Have a Degree in a construction subject i.e. Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying or similar.

Ideally be MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or MICE qualified or maybe working towards such.

You should have five years or more experience of working in project management or have worked for example as an Architect / Surveyor or similar and done some project management within your duties.

You will need to have delivered a project from inception to completion.

You will need to have previous experience of working on hospital or similar healthcare construction projects for new build, refurbishment, fit out etc.

You must have strong communication skills with good written and spoken English.

You should also be able to use MS Office along with MS Project.

Salary in the range of £65000 to £80000 per annum plus private medical insurance, 5% pension contribution, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, death in service benefit etc.
